DSL vrs FIOS & Elbow & Asshole

So I had DSL & Phone line through Verizon.. I upgraded to FIOS. 3/1 to a 15/5 connection but no phone line. I am paying more for FIOS.. 2 months later I still have a 3/1 connection no phone line and a $20.00 increase in my verizon bill. Verizon is so clueless as I struggled through the prompts for a 1/2 hour I finally got to a live rep. After much talk and such it was obvious she was clueless and would not help correct this. Even logic would not break through her dense skull. In closing I had to inquire if she knew where her elbow was.. She asked if it was a joke.. I said no the joke is your customer service but I'm not laughing. In the end I'm still paying more for the same internet connection with no phone line. Verizon will be loosing a customer and COX cable will be providing me my internet service. I'll be signing up tomorrow.

I would try to remember the dates the original order was requested and hooked up. I'd also look for any bills or reciepts with service order numbers on them. Try to remember some dates and names of calls to get the billing straightend out. Start asking to speak to supervisor.

If not results then go to the state utility regulators and FCC.
