Exchange Policy

I bought a phone from a go wireless store. They told me I had 14 days. (Two week right) Wrong. They count the first day as 1 so you really only have 13 days. Well I bought the phone on the 16th of the month which was a Sunday. Tried to take the phone back on two weeks later on Sunday the 30th. They told me they couldn't take it back because I was coming back on the 15th day. I decided to call the 611 number and two customer service people told me I was within the 14 days. So I went to another store. It turned out I went to a corporate store. They said because I went to a go wireless store they couldn't exchange the phone but they thought I was within the 14 days as well. The manager of the Corporate store then called the Go Wireless store to tell them they should exchange the phone. They said they wouldn't. I then again called the 611 number and again was told by the CS rep and her Manager I was within the 14 day window. After 7 follow up calls to the Customer Service number I was able to get to a district manager. He just wanted me to go away and said I was outside the 14 days. After talking to him about Customer Service he said he would see what he could do. He was going to call me back that same day. He never did. But guess what. The store manager called. He just called to tell me they weren't going to do anything for me. Needless to say Verizon doesn't get it.
