Worst Customer Service I've Ever received

I can't type all this again, but here's what i posted on their facebook this morning. Also, I received a call from a woman at 412-408-7109, a Mrs. Povich -- she somehow got straight to my voicemail. i called back and left a message, called back another 3 times, and in 4 hrs have not received a response.

EXTREMELY AGGRAVATED CUSTOMER -- i have had fios for one month. I've been on the phone/ and on hold with verizon for a total of approximately 6 hours. My installation was delayed, we wasted a full day waiting, and had to wait all day on a Saturday for an install. I've been trying to get an HD box to replace my standard def box for the past month. They placed an order for a box to be picked up in store but it was supposed to be delivered. No one has been able to correct it. I've talked to approximately 8-12 employees about this. I've had 4 employees tell me they would call me back in two days. haven't heard from anyone. I was supposed to talk to Susan today at 8am but she never called. Her manager Rick at 412-804-6674 (direct dial) also hasn't called and I've left a message with him last night. My service was not working at ALL last night. tried to call about that and sat on hold for over 30 minute and gave up. The reps are USELESS. one rep transferred me to nothing after giving me the support number for Comcast... very unsatisfied customer here. I think i'll be contacting the better business bureau
