Their automated phone system sucks. Their billing system sucks. Their customer service sucks

I simply hate this company. Their automated phone system sucks. Their billing system sucks. Their customer service sucks. If you want to enroll in "easy pay" you are forced to sign up for paperless billing, which you might not have realized, bc it is buried in the agreement section. If you simply need to update your credit card info, you need to re-enroll in "easy pay." One customer service rep can't help you with two different things...for instance, a billing question and then setting up a new password...nope, that takes 2 different reps. F Verizon.
