Transfering a business line

I, foolishly, thought that it would be an easy task to transfer an existing phone line to my existing Verizon account. Well, attempt one failed; no one ever called me back to inform me of this.

Attempt two, which occurred a month later when I was still receiving bills from the other carrier, was initiated, and never heard back from them even though I was assured by two different people that they would follow up. Nope.

Attempt three, which occurred two months later (glutton for punishment) failed just like the others but with a supervisor giving me their name incident number. Again, nothing happened. No follow through on their part. Called back and followed up – half hearted reason.

Now today, attempt four. I coordinated with both companies. Both gave me support ticket numbers. I have called Verizon every day to make sure there are no muck ups because this is my main business number. They F**&ed me; Verizon f***ed me. They cannot find the ticket number, the phone line no longer works and now my business is crippled because of the gross incompetence of this company.

I will never EVER trust Verizon with any of my business again.
