Verizon Customer Care stinks!!

Verizon is getting more and more complicated to do business with. The most recent example came this month. I normally pay my bills by mail, but they haven't sent me a statement for the last 2 months. As a result, they charged all sorts of late fees and told me I would have to pay them to avoid interrupted service. I then went to a Verizon store in the mall where they wanted my billing password. I said, "what billing password?" They said, "we need proof of who U R." I showed them my ID and the phone itself, but not good enough. I literally screamed at the employees and told them I would take my business elsewhere. Hell with Verizon!!!!!!

Having worked in one of these "wonderfu call centers", this is what they call security, at least for the acct and for their money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
