Hello, we cur off service on our data line last January 31st @ 9:30 am. My wife requeted that the line stay on till 5pm so that she can transfer her emails. She was told no problem. Within 15 minutes the internet was out. We called back and asked to have it on, the rep requested a credit card just to secure the line for the day and that we would not be charged. We were told that it would be reactivated soon. 2 hours later we still did not have service. We called to cancel. The did bill us even after I requested to cancel. Discover gave them an arbitration date in which they did not show. They were not paid. The dirty scums have place this item on my credit report and have taunted me with various collectors. One I tell them the story and tell them the story and that I too am recording this conversation they usually drop the issue, but the scum just hires another stupid collections company.
They not only treat there customers like poo but their employees as well. Do yourself a favor and just keep away from this scum.
