Fraudulent Charges

In October 2011 my husband bought me a Samsung Galaxy 10.1 tablet from Verizon for my birthday. The plan he bought with it allowed for 2G of data (included in the monthly cost of the plan) and over the 2G allowance, each gig used was an additional $10 per. The first month's billing was normal, the second billing charged for an extra gig used, so for the third billing I used the tablet for perhaps an hour, then completely shut it down. When we received the billing for that month, I had been charged for EIGHT gigs! Impossible! This past month, the tablet has stayed in its case with a dead battery, completely and totally shut down, yet they say I've used a gig. I've asked them to show me the exact data usage, but they say that I can't have access to my records. The good news is that I have an attorney who is willing to take these corporate thieves on.
