I hate Verizon !!! Its customer services is horrible

I have been trying to get Verizon to remove a service that I did not need anymore for more than 3 months now without any success. Despite numerous calls that I made to its customer service number .. which usually involves waiting for many minutes listening to "music" and then when I do get to someone it is usually a technical support person who will refer me to another person. After telling the person my problem they will tell me that the service has been removed. However, one month later when I get the bill I am still charged for the service. I will have to go through the whole torturous cycle all over again to make my complaint. Again the answer is the same and another month later I still get charged!! I have decided to terminate my service with Verizon. I have NEVER experience such a terrible customer service before until I met Verizon. BEWARE !! Never sign up with Verizon!

I completely agree..Verizon's customer service is atrocious! I love how you walk into the store, ready to either solve a problem or look at a new phone, and rather than being greeted by an eager sales rep, who is available to help you..you're greeted by someone who tells you they will put your name on a list and then make you walk around the store while you wait, for what seems like forever.

This has happened to me numerous times, and I've actually walked out of the store and just gave up. It always seems like there are people standing behind the desk doing nothing, or chatting with browsing customers, while your there ready and waiting to spend your money or get down to business.. after my last experience, exactly as explained above, I'm seriously considering leaving Verizon and leaving a trail of negative customer feedback behind me... Wake up Verizon, I'm ready to spend my money, don't make me wait in a line and change my mind before you close the sale you morons
