Must be run by monkeys

My story is so long and complicated even I'm having a hard time remembering it. I think it started with our installation, then we didn't have internet for a week (and spent at least 6-7 hours on the phone trying to get it fixed).

At one point the guy told my husband he needed a new router, and suggested that if we wanted it faster he could go to our closest Verizon and pick one up, which he did. 3 days later we got a router in the mail.

At one point we had canceled, but then reinstated our account. About 2 weeks after we reinstated we got boxes from Verizon for us to ship back our internet routers and fios boxes. Fortunately, we recycle.

Let's see...the newest news is that we have been getting 2 bills a month- at first they said we had an account credit and we didn't owe anything (great!) then we got a bill that said we were overdue (for a balance I had already paid). Then we got a HUGE bill in the mail with the balance forward plus way more than we were supposed to be paying. On the same day (this is my favorite part) we got a check in the mail from Verizon.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they just have a bunch of monkeys over there pressing random buttons. That's seriously the only explanation I can come up with.
