Instead of solving the problem, they make it worse

We are not able to speak to a Supervisor even concerning health and emergency problems that are not being taken care of by Customer Service Represenatives even after hours on the phone. I have always thought Supervisors were paid to take care of problems that otherwise were not handled by employees .Instead of solving the problem, it even worsened today. Taking advantage of Seniors in low income circumstances. CaSandra, and Willow would not call the Supervisor to speak to me in the Palm Springs area. This is a life threatening problem, and I will find a way to address this complaint!

Landline or wireless problems?

Start asking for supervisors. Document calls with dates, times and who you spoke to. Start demanding credit for out of service time. Give one last chance. If they don't fix tell you are going to the state utility regulators and FCC. I'd even write a letter to a government representative. Seniors are some of the valuable voters out there simply because they do.
