REALLY?????

After being with sprint for 14 years as a loyal customer paying on time at the first of each month, my contract was altered by them, without my approval,which resulted in our canceling service with them. i switched at that point to verizon where i had a friend working there. i ported my number to verizon and was told ' no problem' . soon i realized that i could not receive any text mail from any of my family or friends that were on the sprint network.
After literally hours on the phone with verizon so-called customer service, i was informed i should call all the sprint customers i receive texts from that they need to call sprint to fix the issue. really?? they would not even consider changing the phone number. really??? If i were to treat my customers that way, I would be out of business!! I only have two words left to say to verizon, because i just cant afford to spend any more time on this matter,its cheaper to just change carriers. but this time i wont do a contract. oh, those two words start with an f and end with a u......
