no online bill, or otherwise

My verizon.com account never shows me billing info. At the dawn of time, this was because I didn't have a verizon phone number so they couldn't link my account to anything. They fixed that after a few months and my account is my fios account number. But I still don't see my bill. My last call got me eventually to "e" technical support who opened a trouble ticket. They couldn't give me the ticket number tho, that was an internal thing. So I have no evidence that they opened a ticket, no confirmation by email. I'll do everything by email now. I called back a week later to check on the status and they said it takes two full billing cycles before a tech is assigned to the trouble ticket.

I've now sent email asking to have my paper free billing stopped. We'll see if that happens.

Since the website can't associate my account with anything, I guess it is no surprise that the fios tv menu doesn't work; it sends me to movies on demand. I don't understand why you need to be logged in to see the fios tv page in the first place.
