I switched my bundle pkg which inc fios, home phone and internet to Comcast. After having my cell phone turned off which I left with Verizon--I foubd that I had to pay a huge bill to reconnect. Being away from my home and in need of the phone I was forced to pay the bill. Now Verizon says although I returned equipment on Jan 30th I will not be refunded almost 400 of monies owed to me. I will go to small claims court/ Maybe this is class action--any one else to join me???

Not sure if Class Action will help you, but I've heard that small claims does. They'd rather pay what they owe rather than pay for their attorneys to go to small claims to fight it. May not always be true, but it's worth a shot if all else has failed.
