| added text to my phone |
so i had no text for over 2 years. because i wanted the cheapest deal and i only use my phone for work purposes only, so there is no need to text.
so today i get a text from verizon for my monthly bill and it said i owe them 70 dollars. so i called them up and said you guys added texting on my bill and i never asked for it. well the guy said i would have to pay for this month then next month he will take it off. i said no way i am not paying for this month for something you guys added on my phone. than after that he said he would take 15 dollars off my phone.
omg this company sucks. they put stuff on my bill with out me asking for it and charge me for it. that is fraud. and the only way to get it off your bill and get your money back is to argue with them, if you dont put up a fight then they make you pay for it. this company blows.Anonymous - Verizon H8er ID: 8945E9 |
