I bought a Motorola droid phone 18 months ago from them and the sound stopped working. There was no physical damage to it; it just stopped working one day. They told me my only "option" is to "upgrade". My last phone lasted six years. I'd rather just end the contract. I was going to just pay the fee to be done with these effers but maybe I'll try the steps listed on how to avoid the termination fee.
