Senior Citizens 3 weeks without Service

Senior citizens left three weeks without service. 'slipped through the cracks' Company denies it's not neglecting or deprioritizing copper plant.

These customers went to Time Warner to get phone service. Spoke to the company 13 times. Verizon offered to reconnect their service AFTER they had switched carriers.

Verizon insists it's not neglecting old plant and yet they cry there are 50% less landslines so what the heck to them to do.

50% fewer customers or lines should me faster service and/or spare lines to drop the customer to-right? Just goes to show how neglected the plant was after divestiture.
