VERIZON - DSL FRAUD

Verizon – DSL Fraud:

Verizon is finally caught, as they are lying to their customers about providing DSL Speed, which is not up to par.

This is not an isolated issue. Verizon does this to its customers all over the country. It happens here in Massachusetts.

If you have or had DSL through Verizon, call the Public Utility Commission at (admin@naruc.org) and the FCC (1-888-225-5322). Please call if you have any knowledge of Verizon lying about the DLS Speed as well.

I will be calling, and I urge all the Verizon employees to call as well. I know the technician that install the DSL have full knowledge that Verizon lies often on the service and speed they are promising their customers.

I am working on something right now with for the employees of Verizon and the AFL-CIO, against Verizon. When I am through with that, I will be putting together facts about Verizon’s fraudulent services and neglect to their customers, opening another National Investigation into Verizon.

I don't know if you can really blame the CWA/IBEW for poor service although you can blame the union attitude of I dare you to fire me or what are going to do. IBEW is a little different but there really aren't any telecom/data specialist licensing boards or agencies other than computer. Some state drop telecom under low voltage regulations. CWA/IBEW is a bargining unit and not a true trade union which is strategic mistake on their part. Basically they represent the employees of Verizon who are working under management policy.


The regulatory agencies need to be pushed into running speed tests for customer complaints AND random audits or testing of their lines/services period.

If Verizon wants out of the copper plant business then get the F out otherwise they should honor and service what they sell.
