My hubby lost his cellphone, so I went into the store to deactivate his line because I always had bad experience dealing with their cus-rep on the phone. It took the woman at the counter (at a store in Roseville, MN, a Twin Cities suburb) 20 minutes to figure out how to do it. She had to go back and forth asking the other woman on how to do it. After we left the store, I found out in the evening that the dumb woman deactivated my line instead. WTF!!!!!
