Summary Judgement

Today was a great day at my summary judgment hearing. This judge was so awesome, but there still is never a guarantee! The summary judgment hearing was like a closing argument in a criminal case.

Prior to this hearing, the written fact were presented, so this was a major set in the judicial process.

Now I wait, and pray that the Federal Courts grant me a trial. This is all I want, a chance to prove I was unjustly harassed, discriminated against and wrongfully terminated.

I have faith that that the Lord has blessed me, and I will not stop fighting for Justice. I will continue to expose Verizon for what they have done to me, and others as well.

I am nearing the end, of my book and will be submitting it to the publisher soon. I have two documentary interviews scheduled over the next few months. I have a TNT producer that has contacted me, requesting to possible do a short film on my story. We have a non-profit organization in the process, which will focus on the National Campaign against Workplace Bullying.

I also received a letter from the President of the United States the other day, responding to my letter that I had written him about my Enough is Enough – Stop Workplace Bullying, and what Verizon did to me, and others. I will have more exciting news on this later.

In time, Verizon and other companies will be help to a higher standard and overdue justice.

I could never have imagined this would ever happen to me, but it did.

I do want to say to all of you, thank you for your time and endless support, together we can WIN!

Good for you!!!!!! Good always prevails over evil!!!!!!! I use to work for Verizon Communication in California and was discriminated against, maliciously retaliated against, intimidated by my manager, harassed and recently fired (in August 2012) while on an ADA related diaibilty. I was wrongfully terminated and have recently retained an attorney. My fight has just begun. Good luck to you and just remember it's not the size of the dog in the fight.............It's the fight in the dog.
