70 Million Dollar racial lawsuit against Verizon:

Mr. Terrance Brown, I wanted to inform you that I have personally have endured numerous racial and discriminatory attacks at Verizon for several years. I too have a suit pending in Federal court. I gave them sufficient time to resolve these racial incidents as well as other incidents overtime and Verizon failed to resolve them.

Verizon stated here in the New York Post, “Verizon spokesman John Bonomo said, “We take allegations such as this very seriously, and we do not tolerate any form of harassment or discrimination.”

This is a LIE and they are LIARS as I have documented proof that Verizon does have a tolerance for these acts. When these issues are brought to Verizon’s attention, they fail to resolve them. I have proof in Federal Depositions how Verizon lied, and covered up my complaints by concocting a false investigation and never spoke the perpetrators that expressed their dislikes or racial comments about Blacks.

Those words that Mr. John Bonomo stated, are just in fact taken out of their Verizon Business Code of Conduct, and are only used as a spoke screen. This code of conduct is written only to satisfy the government to say they have something in place. I also have proof in a deposition that a Verizon spokesperson stated that the Verizon Business Code of Conduct is not really taken seriously. I know that it is only taken seriously when it benefits Verizon.

Mr. Terrance Brown, I do understand how you feel as you feel violated. I need you to contact me. If there is anyone out there that can locate Mr. Terrance Brown have him contact me as I will provide him with a statement and Federal depositions and other proof that what happened to him, and the neglect of Verizon in fact is truth, and I will help you prove you case.

Also please read, “The Ethics of a Communication Company – by Beverly Payne Armstrong.” This book is about Verizon.

I also have other items that will be very helpful to you case. Mr. Terrance Brown, have your attorney call or email me as well.

I will also contact the post a “Mr. Mitchel Maddux” as well, to offer him additional proof of Verizon’s bullying and racial acceptance, is for real. Verizon not only tolerated poor behavior and judgment, it teaches managers how to just in fact target employees.

I take my hat off to you and any other Verizon employee or former Verizon employee who stands up for themselves and others against the punk ass managers in any Verizon state or department. I'm in California and have recently retained an attorney to combat my wrongful termination and CFRA/ADA proven/documented discriminations. Verizon managers are trained and forced to become spawns of Satan. They think they run Verizon World which is HELL. You might want to get with a another former Verizon employee that wrote an article on Verizarape. I believe she was a tech who was being harassed because she reported it and found a rat hanging inside her truck one day. You never know it might help both of your cases.

Kudos to you...I'm so very glad that someone other than myself is standing up for his or her rights. I too have a pending discrimination case against Verizon. By all means, do not stop until they have learned they can not continue to do the underhanded things they do to their employees. make them PAY like they WEIGH...Not to mention, the SNEAKY & UNDERHANDED things they do to their customers...I'm speaking about the LANDLINE SIDE...VERY SNEAKY & CUT THROAT...The Worst.
