Verizon Sucks

Ok so here's my story. I arrived at my office at 6am this morning Monday July 30 2012 expecting a normal busy day as we are closed on the weekends. I run two businesses out of one location and use Verizon for my phone Internet fax and 800 #. As usual I checked the fax for any orders and it stated check line. I did and alas no dial tone. I proceeded to call Verizon and report the issue. I also have the Internet on that phone # which I use to process my credit cards on. It was also not working. The repair department advised me that unfortunaly they don't have any technicians in my area to repair my phone lines until Monday August 6 2012. That was unacceptable to me as my business needs a fax and Internet. That would be 7 days til I can process any orders. I explained this would cripple my business. They told me sorry that's how it is right now and someone would be there by 7:10pm Monday the 6th. Pissed off I had to accept that appointment. I then proceeded to find out that the main line on my other business also did not have a dial tone. I called repair to schedule for that line as well and was told the same thing Monday August 6th one week with no main line on my 2nd business as well. I then started to shop for a new phone company and found out that Verizon is the only company that services down town Brooklyn NY which surprises me to no end. Verizon shoved me to the side unable to run my business with something as basic as telephone service. Can someone say monopoly. I am writing this to advise anyone who may be considering using Verizon to stay away from them. Apparently they are aware I can't switch companies so I have to wait a whole 7 days unable to speak to my customers, fax my distributors and process my credit cards. I am at their mercy 100% and it SUCKS. Both of my businesses are losing revenue and customers daily. DO NOT USE VERIZON. They are horrible and inconsiderate. Bet you they bill me for this week that I can't operate. Thinking about calling local tv station to try to help me as the hours on hold just get me the same response... Sorry no tech's in your area for 7 days. YOU SUCK!!!! I hate Verizon and will be switching as soon as I can find someone to service zip code 11217 Brooklyn NY.

So it's me again. Just a follow up to my suck ass Verizon story. It's now Wednesday and still no Internet,fax or main line on other business account. I called this morning and was transferred to the repair department. I told the guy that I have already lost three days of revenue because they crippled my ability to receive fax orders and process credit cards over the Internet. Vi explained that they are now taking food off my table and out of my kids mouth. He tole me that he may be able to send a technician tomorrow which will be Thursday but only to fix one issue. I explained that all the problems are in the same location and that while the tech is there if he even shows up it would be stupid not to fix all problems at the same time. I was then advised that he can only fix 1 problem and that they have me scheduled for 2 other issues which have their own appointments for Friday August 3rd and Monday August 6th. So they are going to make me wait and only repair 1 problem each day for the next three days. Someone please explain the fucking rationality in that. Verizon sucks and has absolutely no concern about their business customers what so ever. Have to find someone to provide me phone service and quickly. FUCK YOU VERIZON!!!!!!!!!You fucking suck sweaty ass.
