Verizon is a Mother Fucking Piece of Shit

I tried to change my address online, but the website proceeded to mess up my automatic billing. The automated phone system sent me in circles for 20 minutes before telling me they were closed. Fuck these assholes. They can come get my money in person. I hope this sons of bitches die in a fire.

Verizon seems to have a knack for signing people up for services they don't want on any motion,gesture,form, activity or verbage. It's called let's see what we can get away with and let the customer complain.

Verizon forman and management have a history of instructing techs and reps things to ' bill, bill, bill when in doubt bill' : let the customer call and complain '. They get credit for billing dollars after the initial "sign up". High pressure sales at Verizon wether it be landline or cell.

As a former employee I feel I need to let you know that VERIZON INTENTIONALLY DOES THIS ON PURPOSE. This forces you the customer to have to physically call in and speak with a rep who will then tell you that they are going to review your account while making your requested change so they can then try to sell or more than likely over sell you on new products and services. Verizons marketing team also misleads the customers by sending them letters stating their billing address or email address has been changed, when in fact it has been not changed or by soliciting them for DSL (aka HSI) or Fios in areas that they know it's not available in just to drive in potential "sales" calls. Don't fall for it. I repeat "it is a trap". Verizon is very unethical and has a lot of Victoria Secrets they don't want their valued customers to find out about.

call the claims number, order machine to send me to rep. the rep then says do you have a computer near by. i said no. i asked if her and me can do it over the phone. she said ok. what DOES SHE DO SHE FUCKING THROWS ME BACK INTO THE SLAUGHTER WITH THAT PIECE OF SHIT NO GOOD AUTOMATED SYSTEM.

Verizon automated system is a piece of shit, it is soooo fucked up. those fucking verizon engineers are mother fuckers and they dont know what they are doing. Customer service reps are sooo ignorent and dont care about customer. Verizon CEO is stupid enough to look it up and solve these issues. I WANT MORE COMPETITION, I NEED A COMPANY WHO CAN BETTER SERVE THAN FUNCKING VERIZON. I HATE VERIZON
