Is Verizon working against us consumers? Whatdayathink?

Ok,so I needed to look up details on the outgoing calls on my landline for 2.5 yrs. NOTHING! Verizon Business Office (VBO) said "Go online to get 2yrs in paper format & 1.5yrs online" NOTHING! Called VBO...said "Call their legal dept (VLD)" Automated msg said, "Requires subpeoena or court order and will cost substantially". Human repeated the same & then got tired of me & said "Call VBO". Called VBO...said "No detailed billing for NJ". Why? "Don't know". Who knows? "Don't know" Can I get call details going forward from now? "I already said that NJ does not have detailed billing!" Can I get contact info for your Execs? "Don't have that info". Will her spvsr know that? "No" Verizon website says that it is rated as the best business in the world????
