I hate verizon no answer tech department!

We have been having problems with our internet for about 6 months. THEY SAY we have probably changed something in our house to suddenly make this start happening. They have changed our routers, had us buy a second router to help the other router. They have been in the attic, garage, on the side of the house, who knows what all they have been doing. One thing I know they have done is left me with only "1" place in the house to receive TV. CAN ANYONE HELP ME???

Do you have fiber to the modem? Or to you have fiber to the grey box outside your house?

Unless the copper from that grey box to the modem is damaged it probably is Verizon's network of fiber/equipment.
