Another horrible experience

Took two hours to get a rep to help me with problems with computer. She set up a house call to check the phone line. The day of the expected visit from Rep there was a no show. Called and after another hour on the phone they said they had no record of sending a rep but a new modem was on the way. Set up another appointment and the rep did show up and fix phone line. Called the next day to ask about the modem that was mailed and they had no record of that. Cancelled Verizon right there on the spot. They just don't care about helping the customer. Called cable company after that and spoke to a person in less than a minute and they came out the very next day and my computer is up and running. Will never deal with Verizon again.
