So many Verizon screw ups....

I have sooooo many negative stories about Verizon, it's hard to chose. Basically, EVERYTIME I have to call Verizon or go into a retail store, they screw everything up.

My "favorite" story is this.....I got new phones for myself and my daughter, added data packages for those two phones, and added an additional line for my other daughter. I specified that I did not want a data package for the new line and to block everything so she could not access the Internet or make and purchases. Long story short, $800 and three months of phone calls to verizon complaining, the did absolutely nothing. Verizon would refund any money. I complained to the store manager and he said "so sorry, nothing I can do, I will speak to the sales rep"

Thanks Verizon for constantly screwing up, costing me money and time, and causing me countless hours of grief for having to deal with your bullshit.
