This company is shit

My old phone that I had for many year's recently died, and I needed one for work reasons. So I went to the store with my mother to upgrade. When I got there the cheapest phone they were trying to sell me was 300 dollars with a 50 mail in rebate. I took that phone, and after a upgrade charge of 40$ the total was about 350$. This was a ridiculous amount for a basic phone (not a smart phone!) and I asked about their upgrades online. ( I had previously gotten upgrades online where phones were cheaper and even free) They guy told me that they no longer allow you to buy and upgrade online.
I checked later and found out that you can INDEED buy and upgrade online. In fact that same phone was online in the verizon store for CHEAPER! I called and disputed this, which verizon refused to pay me the difference for.
Then 3 weeks later the speaker dies in the new phone. So I call verizon and they automatcally accuse me of water damage. (which I NEVER even dropped it and the water damage sticker was intact). She kept claiming that I must haev dropped it and I told her I had it for 3 weeks and it cost an arm and a leg so I was taking good care of it. Now I have to wait till she calls me back later to "Troubleshoot" my phone because they are determined its my fault. I am leaving the state tomorrow and I asked her if i can just take it too the store and exchange it. Which she claimed they can't do, and if they troubleshoot and it doesnt work, then they would ship out one which i'd get in 2-3 days! This is ridiculous! For the price we pay.
There is a special place in hell reserved just for verizon.
