Refund Delay and lies

I am not sure where to begin but kind of pissed off right now so will keep it short. I added a third line when I bought a smartphone with a two year plan. Got a defective handset, ended up sending it back and cancelled service as a result and called within 72 hours cancel period.

Paid $211.00 for the phone and have been calling Verizon asking why my card has not been refunded. First of all the Rep are not that bright and two for the past two weeks all I have gotten was the run around and promises made to get back to me on the matter, even from a Supervisor and they keep saying though the device had been accepted by a receiver it takes weeks to check it back into inventory meanwhile I pay interest on that money and I get threats among other things telling me they might still charge me an early termination fee though my cancellation had been documented so they try to think of reason NOT to refund my money.

Bottom line is I deal with a bunch of lies and, no one is held accountable. My anger and frustration continues. I am not happy paying for Data that I do not use or paying $30.00 per gig either.
