FRAUD DEPT TOLD ME TO SUE MY OWN CHILDREN....REALLLY

I would like to go on record that I was told by the fraud department MIKE that I need to sue my OWN CHILD because Misty at the Verizon store on N Division in Spokane, Wa did the Assumption of Liability wrong on May 22, 2012. After I find out that this has happen ..and they read notes that NOT ONLY DID I NOT KNOW ABOUT A SUB ACCT...(yes people be very careful) ..... They put one of my kids under a sub acct under me without notifying me, asking my permission or even letting me know this existed..I did a upgrade and billed it to my account no problem in June...tried to use another one of my upgrades and am told I am on a cash only basis for 6 months .. I am being penalized for 6months on my own acct for something I had no idea existed.....This is my THANK YOU for being a dedicated customer for over 20 YEARS.....I GUESS THE NEW LOYALTY IS LIKE MEDIOCRITY.....THE NEW STANDARD

From what I've seen and heard Verizon like to turn any interaction with 'a' customer into a contract. Even when talking to them over the phone be very carefull what you say. Mind your yes's and ok's especially.

Did the right thing by forcing the issue of who signed or agreed to a contract.

If there is ever any trouble with a contract get a copy of that contract with your signature or a copy of the call center/phone recording authorizing the contract.
