Why can't you get it right?

I received a letter telling me THANK YOU for applying for a verizon account. For the last month, I had been receiving bills like that, so I knew what to do. I called, and they told me that I had to email them a copy of my driver license. So I did.
I thought I was done after they sent me a email saying that it was done. I got a bill a month later, What the fuck.
I call again, and they said they understand and will mark my account as fraud and have it under investigation. Okay, cool.
It's september, the month the previous bill was due. I find a letter in my mail box from verizon. It's a past due bill for the phone I never applied for.
I call again, pissed off and sick of calling them. First person who answered, she got really flustered and then directed me back to the main menu when she said she needed me put me on hold. The next guy who answered, sent me to the financial department. Okay, we're going somewhere.
Oh, I can't help you, let me transfer you to the fraud department.
I already talked to them, but FINE, transfer away.
He not only does not transfer me, he took me back to the main menu ALSO. WHAT THE FUCK?

Okay fine, I'll try direct myself to the fraud department myself.

I'm on hold right now.
"Thank you for waiting, your call is important. The next available associated will be with you shortly."

Fuck you, man. Just, Fuck you.

And another thing, why would you approved of an online application without making sure that the person isn't some identity thief?

You're a fucking 'tard.
