Liars!

So, I was stupid enough to buy a bundle with DirecTV to try and save some money. DirecTV has been great, Verizon, a nightmare. When I got my equipment none of it worked, after calling customer service and being ping ponged b/w phone and internet service for OVER 2 hours, they finally told me if I wanted them to send someone out, they'd charge me $93/half hour. So, I decided to look for an outside contractor. He was able to set up the phone, but still no internet. So when my bill came, I called to complain that I was charged for internet. They tell me they are going to charge off the internet cost, and hook me up with a phone tech support rep, after another 1/2 hr of bs, I hung up. Today I get a call telling me they are reversing the credit, because they have no history that I've called to complain about service. My boyfriend, mother and neighbor were here the day of the 2 hr+ phone call, Verizon is claiming I've never complained about service. So, I called today to cancel the "service", and was told I'd be charged $200. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with, and they must have some serious lobby power that the govt hasn't shut them down. I'm so upset, I don't know where I'm going to come up with the money to pay for cancelling the service I never received in the first place! I hate Verizon!

most of the time you have 30 days to cancel dsl or fios internet so did you go over the 3odays most people leave the equip in the box and dont send it back or cancel the service also if your having problems with set up you need to ask for tier 2 tech support they should be able to send some one out most times if you threaten to cancel they could send a tech out a no charge most important to cancel within the time frame because you are pretty much stuck at that point hopes this help we need to be smart consumers especially dealing with verizon

join the \'Club\' 🤣😡 i also HATE Verizon. they just Lied to to us. my friend he owns account has 3 lines of service. We were offered BOGO promi. NOT happened. Verizon LIED.

Told to do promo need buy1 /get1 FREE Samsung9.. but only way i could Save my current Verizon # was to BUY a samsung tablet ( we didn\'t NEED) offered @ half price of $149.99 ( $75) plus we open a new line of service for 24 months...
so we Did order that.
Verizon told us They would Save my current # & switch devices fr tablet assigned a new random phone line #
$10 a month)
for my current line service ($20)
verizon sent us a bill over $300 due that day! wth ? as we were advised by order -taker --Nothing due due 30 days.. plus only $75 for tablet. l😡🐀 charged over $300 on bill Verizon padded bill with $120 accessories They Chose.. plus $13 plus $10 a month Xtra on 2 new Linesevery month 2 years.

plus $2.99 Cloud device Insurance we knew Nothing about. 😊

i favor a Class Action lawsuit vs Verizon as they do this Fraud . rip off cust customers who complain online! btw nothing on our account was FREE promo nothing offered was \'going to work\' per hours of talking w Verizon reps. & being on hold 1 hour on 2 hour calls @ customer service rep. verizon sucks.😡
