Billing nightmare

Have been a customer for 18 months but just recently we started to get service interuption for non-payment. We pay the bill around the 3rd of each month evey month. Somehow this is not good enough for them. Our billing cycle changes constanly but for Sept - Oct bill was generated on the 7th of September - 26 days into the cycle and they are cutting you off after paying 1000's to them. Customer service is also nasty.
