I'll stay with AT*T

I have been with AT&T for over 10 years but have been increasingly frustrated with them and decided to put my toe in the water with Verizon. I purchased one of their wireless hotspots and I love it, but the customer service sucks and I doubt that I will ever consider switching the rest of my devices to Verizon based on what I have experienced.

First, the hotspot has a phone number associated with it that as far as I know isn't useful for anything except accessing your account. If I try to register on their website for the purpose of paying bills, reviewing fees, etc. YOU CAN'T!!! They did not consider that you can't get text messages on the device in their website design so when the try to text you your temporary password it goes into space. The only alternative is for them to mail you the password

SECOND, their call center is incredibly noisy. If you are talking to them you can hardly hear the customer service rep (or yourself for that matter) because of all of the noise in the background. It sounds like their having a party,

THIRD - Their customer service reps don't know anything.
