What do you know?

I have to say that everything that I have read on here sounds like a bunch of fooey. I have had Verizon Wireless for 5 years and have NEVER had a problem. Did you ever think that maybe you are demanding more than you deserve from a company with more than 56 million customers to help with real problems like no service or "my phone isn't working". Maybe people should pay more attention to their bills so that they know what they are being charged for. Just an FYI but if you don't pay attention to your bill it's not their fault. If you sign up for a service in the store and forget to call and remove it, it's not their fault. I myself am a customer service rep, not even in wireless and I would like to see you people do my job for just one day and I bet you would shut your pie hole.
