My wife works in one of the most mismanaged group in Verizon. The total lack of concise effective software used to place, add services and cancel telephone services has so many deficiencies that they cannot do there job. They are forced to use this software daily. The software has been rolled out with errors, for many years, you would not believe. The Verizon network as you know it encompasses NYNEX, New England Bell, Bell Atlantic and the former GTE footprints. Not one piece of current software can be used to administer this network. The call center employees have to contend with this each time a service order is written. And you wonder why they should be committed to a mental health facility.
