What a Nightmare!!!

I made the God awful mistake of signing up for Verizon Fios in November. First it took five appts. for installation, including one where they came and not only didn't set up the internet, phone and tv, but they totally DISCONNECTED all and I had no service on anything for 2 days. I can't begin to tell you the hours I have spent on the phone month after month trying to get my billing straight and services working properly. Last week I had no internet for 5 days and it took 2 days to fix it when someone came out. Tonight I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone trying to fix my bill that is now up to $906 because of wrong charges and double charges that are carried over month after month even though I'm always told it's all been credited and taken care of. I'm calling Comcast the minute I get this all straight - if I ever do!!!! I can't believe I am crying over FIOS!!!

Fiber is incredible. Verizon sucks!!! When another company offers it, please take advantage. Coax cable will never amount to the bandwidth you can get from fiber. Problem being the worst company in the universe is the only one offering for most of the US. SOrry to hear the problems you are having. I am having similar. Of course, in my own case, I can't even get a technician to actually show up to my home. They suspend the service call and have no reason why.
