Verizon customer suck

Verizon customers are the biggest idiots I've ever dealt with. They never want to pay their bill always calling in for a "credit". Why do't you lazy assholes get a job and pay for your service. Maybe stop downloading RBT and RT if you can't afford it so you can make a call when your broke down on the side of the road in the woods with, for the 10th time this month.
PAY FOR YOUR FUCKING SERVICE OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STOP HARRASSING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WHO MAKE VERY LITTLE MONEY TO DEAL WITH YOU ASSHOLES!!!

they get paid little for the garbage they put up with from the customers as well as the company...let the person vent for god sakes...you all scream about the this company how would you like to work for them? They treat their employees like crap as well as the customers...and yet pay their CEO something in the ballpark of 22 million a year in salary alone. Why dont you complain to him instead of the poor rep thats doing what their told to do....Im not condoning bad service or incompetance...but folks these days can be brutal...just stand in line at your grocery store and see how some of these customers are horrible to the clerk checking them out...rediculous....now ive vented...lol....

The ends don't justify the means in the case of disgruntled Verizon employees a sucky job. But you can quit.

Customer Service is tough no matter what company you work for. It's your job to be nice, polite and courteous. If customer service is that much of an ordeal get a transfer to the street as a field tech then face the customers one on one on their home turf.

Funny you say you can quit? Sounds like the economy is BOOMING and unemployment is way down in a some imagination land. And as for dealing with people on their home turf. I think people are generally more polite in person, and less likely to get arrogant than over the phone.
