| Thieves from HELL |
For some reason, because I needed a phone for work, I tried a cell from Verizon. I don't know why. We're already being ROBBED on a regular basis for phone calls we've NEVER made that they SWEAR we did, every month. I kept the phone for two days and returned it. Never took it out of the box. I have the reciept that shows I owe them NOTHING. But then we got a bill for 97 bucks! So after being on hold forever, talked to LISA who agreed that we certainly did return the phone and owed nothing. So....weeks later, we've got another bill, this time for $124, for a phone we do not have and never used! Should I HATE Verizon? Of course I do!
