After 15 Years...

I was a customer for 15 years, until...

1) They told me they could place a number in "suspense" until the contract ended 4 months later, thereby saving me a $175 early termination fee when porting the number to a different carrier. WRONG - they billed me the $175.

2) They told me a supervisor would call me back to discuss the matter. WRONG - She never called me back

3) They tell us on TV and in print that they have a great network. WRONG - I've encountered more holes in their service than are acceptable. Wayyyyyy more! Especially along major INTERSTATE freeways! And the city of Lubbock, TX, is in a perpetual reduced service mode due to the "extended network".

4) Their willingness to lose me as a customer is unparalleled in my experience as a consumer. I've never seen anything like it!

Please don't buy Verizon. They'll screw you for sure!
