Had to MAIL a LETTER to complain

My LG Chocolate phone ceased functioning after 3 weeks of owning it. Since I didn't pay for insurance, Verizon decided it must have been my fault, not theirs. They also suggested that possibly LG was to blame. I asked them how they can support inferior products and refuse to support their customers. They told me the only avenue of complaint I had was to mail a physical letter to their headquarters (which I did). Still waiting for the reply.

I have NEVER been billed the same amount twice on my Verizon bill.
