I have NEVER had such callous, bad-attitude service from Customer Service people to me, as a customer, in my entire life as with Verizon.

In my very first bill I received (after my second run as a customer, mind you) I was outraged by how callous and unhelpful they were.

I explained that I was a new customer and that they could cut me some slack; help me find a better plan, but all they would do is send me to Billing. They said going over minutes was my fault and I should get a higher rate plan for next month.

I even went so far as to write a letter to the local office...no reply.

Thanks for this site. If you're not a Verizon customer...you just wouldn't believe it!
