Verizon has the worst customer service!

October, i removed a line from my account, but Verizon removed my line to a random account. Since I was not an admin on that account, I could not change it back. After a couple of days That was fixed, but all my grandfathered packages disappeared. I had $70 in text fees. So I call Verizon in November to resolve the issue still ongoing in mid December. I call late November to ask to reimburse my overcharges that really aren't. They tell me to call back on the fourth of December. My bill was due the 29th and now have a late fee. They removed random dollars from my account as reimbursement till the fix comes. I found it up and I am overcharged $15 plus some dollars. Almost two months an hours on the phone and still the have not corrected the wrong. So tired of Verizon.
