Terrible Customer Service

Let me count the ways I cannot stand this company. First, in changing addresses to establish new service, the rep was more interested in selling me bling and extras than handling my account. As a result my old account kept getting paid on and the new one never did. It took them 3 months to straighten it out. Second, I have a prepaid cell with them. I try to register it on line and it keeps saying they are having temporary problem, try back later. So, I call them and I get they are having technical difficulties, try later. Oh - so I go by their schedule, not mine? Imagine if no Post Office were open because they were having technical difficulties - or almost anyone else? I don't switch carriers because their coverage is miserable. Too bad it works this way.
