upsells in place of customer support

they hooked me with the $20/ month intro price, ballooned it to $80-$90 mid term, charged me 800 the moment i fell out of contract, placed my phone under 2 accounts at once for 1.3x monthly rate(normal+intro) every time i call, they put me under some new contract, bundled with extra features i dont need. i now pay for mifi i cant use unless i get an additional contract plan to pay for mifi im already paying for. every time i contact them, they upsell my service claiming itll help fix the problem. i'll be free in 2014, but they'll probably get me into a 2017 contract by then...
