Pi$$ed Off

Thank god I found this site.

Anyway, I moved from my house in December, told them to transfer the account and everything, etc. Simple, right? Well turns out they f-d that up and never did, so I was paying for my old place instead of my new place.

So you would think they would just slide that money right on over onto my new account? Nope. This is February mind you, it it almost June and not only have I not gotten squat back from them, now I got an additional $400 charge for no reason at all.

I was on the phone over an hour (yet again, had to of been the 6th time at least in the last few months), and played the pinball game between customer service and financial services before I just gave up. Now I'm stuck paying $400 more than I should when I should've been getting the money accredited back to me.

Total BS and looking at this page, I'm not the first nor the last person it's happened to.
