ALL INFO given to NSA- BREACH of Contract

Dear Verizion,
I am troubled over the news that Verizon has abrogated the contract with ALL of its customers by giving ALL data for ALL of its phones to the United States, giving vital information to the NSA.

Verizion "has been collecting the phone data of all Verizon customers anywhere inside the U.S. since at least April 25, according to a newly leaked top secret order from the U.S. government’s spy court."

The fact that Verizon gave this up, without protest, tells me
1) that Verizon does not honor its promise to its own customer and tells me that
2) because it did not disclose this to ALL its customers with a letter of explanation
VERIZON OPENS ITSEF TO A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BECAUSE OF BREACH OF CONTRACT.

Please send a letter of explanation, for without it I will consider taking action.

Thank you.

Who cares........If you don't plan to do anything wrong don't worry about it. In this day and age most likely EVERYTHING you do is captured in one way or another.

One of the hold ups in deployment of these fiber networks is that law enforcement wanted the ability to wire tap it. But you cannot tap a piece of fiber like you can copper so they made the phone companies give them access to their co equipment including computer access.

NSA was planning this stuff for decades. They even had Microsoft put a backdoor in Windows in 1999

It's not all Verizon's fault as much as I would like to blame them although they should've put a no access for you NSA switch in their equipment. There is the perception there is no privacy then there is already lost privacy. The fight is not over yet.

Did Vodafone have to surrender their data on US customers or US usage?

Would you stand up to the NSA? And good luck taking action, in small claims court. Read your Customer Agreement.
