Haven't had any bad CS experiences but still feel price gouged!!!!

I haven't ever had any bad CS experiences but as far as prices go that is what I have had problems with. 2 phones and internet costing me $140+ a month and some months the internet using data in minutes that I couldn't use in weeks. So decided to cancel internet. Was 4Gs but never got more that 2 gs and sometimes not even that.
So had 2 phones, no data usuage, just calls. Cost me at least 70+ a month after crazy charges. Then asked about getting internet back at a cheeaper rate with less data usuag only to find that it had went up $30 more a month. Decided to get a erzon prepay phone since we only use abot 20-60 minutes a month between 2 phones. Looked online and it would have cost me $80+ for a reconditioned prepaid phone. Went to the store and salesguy said to go next door to Dollar General and get a prepaid verizonphone as it was $20 at Dllar General and $40 at the Verizon store. He connected it at the store and even he had problems with te CS from tech support. Then I as supposed to pay $10 cash for activation. i Only had $3, he took that and said to not worry about the rest.

I now have a prepaid Verizon phone( the ony service that picks up at my house) for $15 a month for emergency. I do not know what I will do for internet services. I guess I will got to town and use wifi somewhere for fre.
