They suck

Verizon rep signed me using my middle name instead last name and he did same with my email address also, and he also opted my billing paperless.. lol, so that means the bill will be emailed on my email address which is wrong.
I changed my info with another per, and only the email I got was saying that the password for my new acc will be sent on my billing adress, means I got to wait for the letter with the password which I have been already waiting for five days.
I need to speak to someone, but it is really hard to find contact info on their web site.
Not saying about the rebate thing..
Inconvenient and shady.
I won't go any further on my purchases with verizon, I'm done here.
