Your stupid

You are dumb, maybe if you people understood charges and why you were being charged? Yes there are fees but what company these days does not charge fees? Are you kidding me? If you are getting additional charges that are wrong then why the hell would you not bring that to their attention to fix instead of complaining about it? I don't know many people who works for a company (mind you I am sure all customer service employees done have a say whatsoever to the policies of Verizon itself) not fix a problem if they could? you could easily be one of these employees if you say needed a job. Which many people do. Trying to get you off the phone? yeah probably because you are to ignorant to reason and common sense. I think we can agree people will try to just keep lieing and arguing just to try and get some extra discount. Good luck. In my opinion if you do not like it then just move on. And be conscious of being in the agents shoes would you like dealing with you?

The issue isn't so much the cost - it's their billing and terrible customer service. When you've got to comb through your bill with a fine-toothed comb to make sure they aren't raping you (and they do, quite often) then you know there's something wrong. When you call about it - you get a douchebag from Bangalore that barely speaks English on the other end of the phone. Their billing practices are unethical and borderline criminal, their customer service representatives are assholes, and Lowell McAdam is a sniveling douche whose sole purpose in the world is to fatten his bank account by ass raping the middle class.

I would agree on CEO's wallets and intentions. However aren't 99% of all companies the same? You would feel exactly the same way about AT&T if you had them instead, maybe you have and know what I am talking about. I feel like this site creator just has too much time on her hands. Why not make a website for every company you feel has not given you free discounts which would be them all. Thats how Companies like Verizon and AT&T are still in business. Are you going to make a Ebayrape, and amazonrape because you never received your purchases? Or they were garbage? I feel this is just a petty thing to do. Good step in the right direction, but lets focus on the problem. It is not the "Customer Service Reps" They dont make any policies. You need to attack the source which are the CEO's and board of directors. Good luck in the fight for FREEDOM. Why not go check out Freedom Pop?

Eat a dick, you fucking cunt. Verizon screws its customers over NO FUCKING MATTER WHAT! I bet you're a pimple-popping 20-nothing year old who has a hard on to work for a big business because you think you're going to make a fortune by screwing over customers. Well, I hope that's the case because that same company (Verizon, perhaps?) WIL fuck you over too, pal. It's only a matter of time.

why are we responding to this person? I use to be happy with Verizon....once upon a time, long ago. They'll get their turn getting raped yet...Verizon can't get to us all at once after all.
